Initially I met Matt Lubczuk at [another Volvo service location] while he was working with [another Volvo tech]. Throughout each of my service appointments I was surprised with his care and knowledge of Volvos . After the other Volvo shop relocated out of Kitchener-Waterloo, shortly afterwards, I found Matt had left. On Dec 1, 2013 I learned that Matt had opened up Techland Automotive Service in Kitchener and one week later I scheduled an appointment. While servicing my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised at the care and the knowledge Matt has to offer to his customers. Matt was able to explain to me in detail what the issues were by offering his expertise and also by using his up to date diagnostic tools. I left Techland that day as a satisfied customer who will continue to use Matt to service my Volvo in the future. I was also extremely happy with what he had charged me knowing what I would have paid elsewhere (much more!)
